Our Group Exercise classes span a wide range to suit any fitness needs, while our instructors are excellent at adapting routines for both beginner and advanced athletes. Please sign in for all classes at the Customer Service desk prior to attendance. All Group Exercise Class instructors show modifications for various moves. For the safety of our members and guests, children under the age of 14 are prohibited unless specified.
