Banquet Rooms

The Keller Pointe’s Bear Creek suite is made up of three rooms, measuring roughly 800 square feet each, which can be reserved individually or combined to suit your needs, and are perfect for your next reception, seminar, bridal shower, business meeting, luncheon, dinner and more, with space for up to 150 people. All rooms feature WiFi, tile floors, round and rectangular tables, and chairs:

The Wild Rose room is perfect for business meetings and training seminars and features a recessed projection screen and a small kitchenette.

The Cross Timbers room has direct access to a full kitchen (available for a $50 fee), and is excellent for receptions, luncheons, and showers.

The Double Springs room is located between Wild Rose and Cross Timbers, and is also perfect for business meetings and seminars.

At the time of booking, a $250 refundable deposit is required. Thirty (30) days prior to the rental date, full payment of the rental fees is due, and the contract must be signed either prior to or on the day of the event.

Events classified as teen parties (drop-off events) require an additional $250 refundable deposit. Add-ons: Kitchen ($50), AV System ($50), Alcohol Permit ($100). Events with alcohol require a contracted Keller Police officer to be present during the full rental period.
